Our company is fully insured, VAT registered, CIS registered and complies with all current Health and Safety legislation. We provide a high level of service that one would like to expect from ‘the builders’.

We work on all sorts of projects large and small, and mainly, but not solely, residential.

Nick has 20 years experience behind him as a sole trader working for a large maintenance contractor in London . On moving to Oxfordshire he set himself up as a sole trader working, in the main, for private households. He was in so much demand that he set up Nicholas Bolt Limited and is continuing to watch his company grow. Nick fully project manages every site we work on. He works with you the client, the architect, the contract administrator, the suppliers, the local authorities and engages any one else required such as engineers and other professionals. It is Nicks’ role to manage his team, keep the project running smoothly, in the right order, on time, on budget and with the minimum of disruption to you. Nick is meticulous and exacting in approach and his thorough knowledge shines through in his high level of finish and expert advice. Nicks’ sites meet current Health & Safety legislation, but on a more personal level, he understands the extra care needed when builders are in the house, especially when small children or the elderly are around, and your need to come home to a clean and tidy site (home!) after a day at work.

Emma runs the office, ensuring all the paperwork is up to date, contracts are in order and suppliers and staff are paid at the right time and on time. Emma issues the invoices and generally deals with financial side of things (this includes liaising with architects, the VAT office regarding zero rating queries, etc). She will liaise with you where necessary, over your project (this may be providing you with tile or brick samples etc). Her contribution allows Nick to get on with getting his ‘hands dirty’ and as a team they rely on each others input to ensure that your project is handled properly from start to finish.
